Jerry Hunt is a founding Principal of 300 Venture Group, Inc. (“3VG”). Mr. Hunt is the CEO and a member of the Investment Committee. His primary responsibilities are to lead, formulate, and oversee the execution of the strategy, operating affairs, and capital markets for the 3VG.

Jerry has more than 30 years of public and private company real estate experience, focusing on development, repositioning and transactions. He has acquired and/or leased over 7.5 million square feet representing over $2 billion in asset value, and influenced several Bay Area markets with high-profile development projects. Prior to 3VG, He founded RPG Development Company, Quattro Realty Group, and co- founded Blake Hunt Ventures (BHV); he also was Executive Vice President and COO of Western Properties Trust.

Jerry earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Pacific in 1988. He currently resides in Danville, California and enjoys spending time with his two daughters and granddaughter.
Mark Pleis is a founding Principal of 300 Venture Group, Inc. Mr. Pleis is the CMO and a member of the Investment Committee. His primary responsibilities include brokerage liaison, community outreach, and network building. He also oversees aspects of acquisitions, land development, leasing and joint venture investment activities.

With over 36 years of experience, Pleis is a founding Principal of the first Northern California office of Lee & Associates in 1993. Throughout his career, he has grown his relationships and book of business to consummate transactions in almost every aspect of real estate.

Mark graduated from Washington State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He comes from a Division 1 football family; his oldest brother Mitch played at Stanford, his middle brother Matt played at the University of California, Berkeley, and Mark played at WSU. Mark was instrumental in the Cougars’ 1981 season that ultimately played in the Holiday Bowl, and in 1982 he was selected as team captain. Mark was also a brief member of the WSU track and field team. Mark was born in Greeley, Colorado and is married with three children. Mark is an Eagle Scout, and loves family, adventure, fitness, athletics, mountain biking, triathlons, skiing, golfing, fishing, hunting, friends and playing music.
Kameron Klotz is a founding Principal of 300 Venture Group, Inc. Mr. Klotz is the COO and a member of the Investment Committee. His primary responsibilities are to manage the execution and implementation of the Company’s investment strategies. He is also responsible for measuring project feasibility with a particular focus on development, entitlement processing, and coordinating personnel to ensure the execution of the Company’s business plan for each asset, including oversight of the firm’s large redevelopments.

A frequent angel investor in startup companies across a wide range of industries, Klotz has more than 10 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, and management. He has been vital in obtaining several complex entitlements in some of California’s most cumbersome cities. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and was recently chosen for the California State University East Bay’s “40 Under 40.”

Kameron served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps and deployed as an Engineer with a Combat Logistics Regiment as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Concurrent with his service, Kameron sought personal and professional ambitions, devoting his education to better understanding the mental and physical effects of chronic stress disorders he found common amongst his Marines. Kameron also found early success as an angel investor in various ventures including Snowglobe Music Festival (acquired by MTV). After establishing himself as a consultant for early stage startups, he went on to help start Invicta Medical ($30M Raised), a medical device company developing an intelligent neurostimulation wearable designed to address the shortcomings of existing sleep apnea therapies. His research identified a unique association between Sleep Apnea and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Kameron’s entrance to real estate development came under the mentorship of Jerry Hunt, with whom he partnered at previous firms, including Quattro Realty Group and RPG Development Company. He prides himself on being a student of urbanism and is inspired to transform under-performing asphalt into sustainable, cohesive environments.
Howard Overton is a founding Principal of 300 Venture Group, Inc. Mr. Overton is the CIO and a member of the Investment Committee. His primary responsibilities are to source opportunities and formulate and execute investment strategies, including the acquisition and disposition of properties.

Overton’s 20-plus years in retail real estate include public REIT experience at Regency Centers, DDR Corp. (now SITE Centers), Kimco Realty and Pan Pacific Retail Properties. During his career, he has been involved in more than $17.4 billion of property transactions, totaling 79 million square feet.

Howard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 from the University of California, Berkeley. He enjoys hiking, Harleys, American History, spending time with his family and supporting his three favorite sports teams, Manchester United, the University of California Golden Bears, and whichever team his kids are on.
